- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before starting any graphic design project. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin work on your design. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery of your files.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided once the design work has begun, as time and resources are committed to your project upon receiving the deposit. If a project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- the project is canceled after work has commenced, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the amount of work already completed. In such cases, only a partial refund may be issued.
- Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions based on the package selected. Any additional revisions or major design changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
- Delivery of Files: Upon receipt of final payment, all completed files will be delivered in the agreed format(s).
- Non-refundable Services: Any additional services, such as printing, rush fees, or third-party purchases, are non-refundable once payment has been made.
